Sahl means easy. We built it for the companies that are too big for spreadsheets and too busy for a heavy system: 30 to 300 people, in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Why Sahl
In most companies of this size, HR is one or two people doing everything by hand: leave on paper, letters in Word, attendance from a device nobody reads, and payroll in a spreadsheet the night before. Employees wait, managers forget, and the government's deadlines arrive anyway.
Sahl puts every request in one place, sends it to the right person, and does the arithmetic of the labour law for you. Employees ask from their phones. Managers approve in a tap. HR sees the whole company and what needs doing today.

Easy before anything
Few questions, sensible choices already made, and plain words. If a screen needs training, we change the screen.
Arabic first
Written in formal Arabic from the start, with English beside it, and the Hijri date wherever people expect it.
The law built in
Leave, end of service, GOSI, Mudad and Nitaqat follow Saudi rules, and the UAE has its own pack.
Your data, your site
Each company has its own site and database, kept in Saudi Arabia. Your data is yours and you can take it with you.

Sahl runs on Frappe HR and ERPNext, open systems used by thousands of companies around the world, hosted on Frappe Cloud in Jeddah. Sahl adds the simple screens, the Saudi and UAE rules, the mobile app and the requests that make it easy.
